Products & Made-to-Order Items

All products sold by While She Waits are made-to-order and may be customised in size, fabric, or finish. As each item is produced specifically for you, please review all details carefully before purchasing.

Product images, descriptions, and colours are provided as a guide only. Variations may occur due to lighting, screen displays, fabric movement, and natural material characteristics.
 

Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) unless otherwise stated.
Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase unless otherwise agreed.

We reserve the right to update pricing at any time without notice.
 

Orders, Changes & Cancellations

Once an order has been placed and production has commenced, changes or cancellations are not permitted.

In the event that a fabric or material becomes unavailable, we will contact you to arrange a suitable alternative or adjust pricing accordingly.
 

Shipping & Delivery

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and commence once your order has been completed and dispatched. While She Waits is not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers, freight providers, or events outside our control.

Returns & Refunds

Due to the bespoke nature of our products, returns for change of mind are not accepted, including where items do not suit your space or preferences.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes your rights under Australian Consumer Law. If an item is faulty or not as described, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund.

Care & Responsibility

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure:

• Accurate measurements are supplied

• Products will fit through doorways, stairwells, and access points

• Items are used and cared for appropriately

We are not responsible for damage caused by misuse, improper care, or normal wear and tear.
 

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including images, text, designs, and logos, is the property of While She Waits and may not be used or reproduced without written permission.
 

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, While She Waits is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our website or products.
