At While She Waits, all of our products are made-to-order. Please review the information below before placing your order.

Order Processing & Production Times

All items are custom made to order. Production timeframes vary depending on the product and materials selected and will be advised at the time of purchase or on the product listing.

Estimated production times of 4-6 weeks are a good guide only and may be affected by material availability, supplier delays, or high order volumes.

Shipping Within Australia

We ship Australia-wide using trusted third-party couriers and freight partners.

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout or quoted separately for larger items

  • Delivery timeframes vary depending on your location and the size of the item

  • Regional and remote areas may experience longer delivery times

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation where applicable.

Delivery Timeframes

Delivery times are estimates only and begin after your order has been completed and dispatched, not from the date of purchase.

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Courier or freight providers

  • Weather events or natural disasters

  • Public holidays or peak periods

Authority to Leave & Safe Delivery

If you provide authority to leave, delivery will be made at your own risk. While She Waits is not responsible for lost or stolen items once delivery has been confirmed by the courier.

For larger items, delivery is typically to the ground floor only unless otherwise arranged.

Incorrect Address Details

Please ensure all delivery details are correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.

Additional fees may apply for re-delivery.

Damaged or Lost Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the damage and packaging

We will work with the courier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Changes & Cancellations

As all items are made to order, we are unable to make changes or cancellations once production has commenced.
