Returns Policy (Summary)

Due to the bespoke, made-to-order nature of our products, While She Waits (“we”, “us”, “our”) does not accept returns for change of mind, including items that do not suit your space in terms of size, scale, or measurements. Please select and purchase carefully.

All of our pieces are custom-made to order, allowing you creative freedom in your selections. For this reason, items are produced specifically for you and are not eligible for return or exchange.

In rare circumstances where a return is negotiated at our discretion, proof of payment must be provided, the item must be in perfect, unused condition, and return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.

We strongly recommend purchasing fabric swatches prior to ordering. Fabrics—particularly velvets—can vary in appearance due to movement, texture, and lighting conditions. Colour and finish may differ between environments, and we do not accept returns for change of mind on fabric choice.

If a fabric selected via our website becomes out of stock or discontinued, we will work with you to find a suitable alternative. Any difference in fabric cost will be refunded or invoiced accordingly.
